    General Information


    Embroidery

    • Digitizing fee for jobs 12 pieces or more is free; for jobs under 12 pieces, the digitizing fee is $99.00.
    • A one-time set up fee of $15.00 will be charged for type set lettering chosen from the embroidery fonts available and images chosen from the embroidery clipart book.
    • Embroidery text of less than 1/4” will not retain legibility.
    • Maximum size on either left or right chest is 3 3/4” x 2 3/4”.
    • Maximum size for hat is 2” x 4.25”.
    • For metallic thread add $1.50 per garment, per metallic color. Call for specifics.
    • Embroidered swatch proofs: $15.00 plus digitizing fee.
    • Embroidered product proofs: $ = unit cost of the item, digitizing fee, embroidery and sew-out.
    • PMS color matching is not available for embroidery.

    Screen Printing

    • Imprint color or ink type change is $10.00.
    • MAXIMUM IMPRINT AREA: Adult sizes - Chest logo 4” x 4” Full back 11” x 13”.
    • Must specify imprint size desired or it will Be left at the factory’s discretion.
    • Orders consisting of adult and smaller youth sizes will require additional screens.
    • PMS colors will be matched as close as possible. Exact matches are not guaranteed.
    • Dark colored garments require a base print to maintain the desired logo color which will add an extra color to logo.

    Personalization

    • Personal names, (ie: Sally or Jim Johnson) may be embrodered on each item for a charge of $5.00 per garment.
    • Font will either be standard block or script letters and will be no larger than front crest size.
    • Larger lettering will be priced according to stitch count but no digitizing fee will be incurred.
    • All names MUST be submitted TYPEWRITTEN.


    Material Colors

    • Only the highest quality materials are used in production. However, due to the nature of these materials, slight color variance may occur from dye lot to dye lot.


    Customer Provided Materials

    • These will be accepted and decorated according to our print/embroidery price schedules, however, be advised, we will not be held responsible for customer supplied materials. See below:
    • The customer must agree to hold GH companies harmless for any damages to, or claims made, as a result of the use or storage of customer provided materials. We recommend that you include several extra garments for in-house proofing purposes.

    Production Time

    • All orders will be completed in 10-14 working days, after art work is approved.
    • Once art is approved, order will then go into production. At that time, if we forsee a delay, customer will be contacted.


    Artwork Files

    • We can accept the following file formats for screen printing and embroidery:
      • .cdr - corel draw
      • .ai - adobe illustrator
      • .eps - encapsulated postscript
      • .wmf - window metafile
    • Files must be in VECTOR format.
    • ALL TEXT SHOULD BE CONVERTED TO CURVES. In most cases these files require little or no editing and therefore design charges may not be incurred.
    • Bitmaps such as .jpg, .tif, are also accepted, but will incur design charge.

    • When printing to garments, color issues may sometimes arise. For more complete accuracy on standard or PMS color matching, we recommend sending us a color copy of your finished artwork that we may compare our output to.

    Design Charges

    • Any design charges, if applicable, will be billed at a rate of $.80 per minute.


    Rush Charges

    • When available and by quote only. Call to confirm.


    Cancellations and Returns

    • Cancellations and returns will not be accepted without prior agreement with factory.
    • Partially completed orders, if cancelled, will be billed for labor, art, screens, embroidery digitizing, and material cost incurred prior to cancellation.
    • Shortages due to packing errors must be reported within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
