Digital Printing

Take advantage of the latest technology! Direct-to-Garment printing is digital inkjet printing directly onto garments, with all the color vibrancy, washability, and colorfastness of a direct screen printed design. Textile grade inks provide a soft-hand feel. (Traditional screen printing is also offered.)

Because of this digital process, garments can be printed on demand for a single item or literally thousands!

At this time we are unable to digitally print on black, or any dark garments. Most of your pastel colors are acceptable, but white will give you your brightest print. Please remember that the printer does not print white or an opaque ink, therefore, when using a colored garment, your art will tend to take on the color of that garment.

Embroidery

We now offer FREE DIGITIZING on all orders of 12 pieces or more. Send in your company or organizational logo, in a pre-approved format, order 12 or more garments, and your digitizing is absolutely free.

Don't need 12 pieces? That's okay too. Set-up for all jobs under 12 pieces is only $99.00. Not all artwork is suitable for embroidery. Some art is too complex for digitizing at any price, however, we will offer different art options so you can take advantage of this service. To qualify for free digitizing, all artwork must be on a disk, in camera-ready format, or uploaded to our FTP site. Offer is good for left chest (3.75"x2.75") or front cap (4.25"x2.00") sizes only. Large designs, such as full back, will be quoted separately.

Embroidery designs are separated into two categories:
Type 1:

• Limited colors
• Simple designs
• Heavy lines
• Clean, crisp layout
• Sews out at less than 7,000 total stitches

Type 2:

• Many colors
• Complex designs
• Fine lines
• Lots of detail and overstitching
• Sews out between 7,001 and 15,000 stitches
